In a safe place, we will explore and practice together ancient teachings and practices to help awaken your heart to healthy intimacy with God. It is my privilege to remind you of God’s overwhelming and intimate love!

Experience prayer, guided imagery, and meditation.

Be equipped with tools such as Lectio and Visio Devina, contemplative and centering prayer as well as other mystic resources, such as the Enneagram.

How much does it cost?
I am providing my sessions on a donation basis so that money would not hinder anyone from receiving my services. An average donation/payment is $85 per meeting.
What is the commitment?
The most effective cadence is once a month for 10 months: online or in person for a 60-minute session.
