I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Loyola Marymount University and my secondary teacher’s credential from Grand Canyon University.  I completed a 3-year Spiritual Direction teacher certification from Soul Formation in Oregon.

I am also an Enneagram Coach that has been trained by three of the top Enneagram trainers:

1. Dr. Jerome Wagner’s Enneagram Spectrum Training and Certification Program.

2. Christy Kennedy’s corporate Culture Conscious Teacher Training

3. Integrative Enneagram Solutions Level 1 Full Accreditation Training for coaching individuals and teams.

While rooted in the Christian tradition and a lover of Jesus, I welcome everyone to come and discover their spirituality.  My passion is to walk alongside people and help them to understand their intimate connection to the love of God and how God intimately relates to the body, mind, and soul.

I have worked with individuals, teens, couples, families, and businesses to coach them to have greater self-awareness and wholeness, as well as, to have a great understanding of those they are in relationship with.

I live in Phoenix, AZ and am a mom to Kayla, Hannah, and Clare, Mother in Law to Derek and Dominic: grandmother to Rory and Dawson.
